Meg has over four decades of experience working in various ecosystems in WA state. She spent many years as a field biologist working for the US Forest Service before joining the MSA team in 2004. Meg is a project manager and the lead permit coordinator for MSA and is very familiar with navigating through the jurisdictional process with local, state, and federal agencies. Meg loves being out in the field delineating wetlands, collecting data for critical area assessments in marine and terrestrial ecosystems, and using her extensive knowledge of native plants for restoration/mitigation planning and No-Net-Loss reports. Meg feels that MSA is an educational bridge between the environment and human landscape development, and she enjoys connecting with clients and agencies to aid in steering projects in a successful direction. When Meg is not attending to MSA business, she can often be found volunteering for ecological nonprofit organizations.
